Starting his career with Fairmont in 2008, Matt began as an apprentice at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge before joining Fairmont Chateau Whistler in 2017. He loves taking advantage of the incredible skiing and golfing in Whistler, and he loves the daily interactions with Portobello guests (especially seeing their smiles as they enjoy the food).
