Starting his Fairmont Career at one of our sister properties, Mont-Tremblant in 2012 Edgar decided to move west to Whistler in 2018. He loves nature and takes full advantage of our summer season with local hiking and biking trails as well as spending time by the many lakes. Edgar’s Mexican heritage feeds his creativity and passion for culinary and drives him to provide great food and service to our guests in Portobello.
