Before joining the Fairmont Chateau Whistler team in 2015, twenty year ‘pastry veteran’ Chef Chaubal honed his skills and fed his passion for travel by living and working all over the world. His proudest moments include working alongside various Michelin star chefs and Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF) recognized chefs, as well as being invited to Paris to create a signature chocolate for Fairmont Chateau Whistler in the private laboratory of renowned chocolate maker, Cocoa Barry. Anup loves Whistler and feeds his passion for creativity, nature and peace through his morning walks and hikes.
